Sales Representative (Full-Time)
TenisiTech is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative, driven to become the top achiever in IT solutions sales. This position involves being the face of TenisiTech, creating and nurturing client relationships to drive our growth. While our base is in California, your location can be anywhere in the US. Engagements are primarily via web and phone, adhering to the US-West Coast work hours. With all processes designed to be remote, a reliable internet connection is your gateway to success with us.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join TenisiTech’s vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excelling in creating and nurturing business relationships, and a knack for strategic planning and execution. This role demands a high level of adaptability and a flair for effective communication, both internally and with clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education in a related field, required
- 3-5 years of experience in the sales industry
- Experience with full life cycle project management (initiation, planning and design, and executing), execution of strategic and targeted business plans
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Works with a sense of urgency, while engaging and listening to experts
- Ability to create and deliver materials and well-reasoned recommendations for executive decision-making
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-resolution skills, and general business acumen
- Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time
- Ability to drive a car and possess a valid driver’s license and adequate auto insurance
- Basic knowledge of the internet, Office 365, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email, social media platforms, and internal systems; “Ability to use standard office equipment including photocopier, fax machine, telephone.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads with new customers
- Responds to owners, directors, and customers via telephone, while meeting all corporate guidelines and performance standards
- Fully understand the services and resources TenisiTech can provide
- Create a customer target list and have it available to be reviewed if requested by management
- Collaborate with sales team on strategy to gain new business
- Maintain relationships with current customers on a monthly basis
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Provide and analyze market intelligence and business development opportunities.
- Build, retain, and grow relationships with clients and staff.
- Refine target list and add to list of targets on a continual basis.
- Respond appropriately to sales-related questions and concerns from prospective clients.
- Sell in accordance with company policy, procedure and culture.
- Accurately report daily sales activities when directed
- Perform skills necessary to create a high-quality customer experience.
- Achieve defined sales objectives within the timeframe discussed.
- Organize & participate in weekly meetings/training sessions
- Adhere to all policies and guidelines outlined in the Employee handbook and policy & procedure manual.
- Articulate the compelling advantages of the services and projects to prospective clients.
- Demonstrates technical selling skills to present TenisiTech’s services to potential clients effectively.
- Complete understanding of pricing models.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and/or decision-makers.
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with company employees.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Maintain an in-depth professional level of technical knowledge.
- Maximizes all opportunities in closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Demonstrates the ability to gather, and submit detailed business information for pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects’ business problems.
- Collaborate with internal departments on fulfilling customer needs, and determining strategy.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities

Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. The Company pays 70-100% of employee benefits, depending on the plan selected. You will become eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following your start date.
401K and Profit Sharing
Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan offered through Empower as of your first anniversary with the Company. Plan entry dates are the 1st of January or the 1st of July, depending on your first anniversary. The company will contribute 3% of your salary regardless of your enrollment of the 401(k) Plan, once you are eligible for the program.
Employees will automatically be enrolled in the Company’s profit-sharing plan after their first month anniversary.
Short-term Disability & Life Insurance
The Company pays 100% of short-term disability and life insurance premiums.
PTO & Holidays
- The Company offers 200 hours of PTO, per year.
- The Company does not observe specific holidays as our work requires us to support our clients’ business hours. However, we do not expect employees to work on holidays. PTO should be taken for holidays you wish to observe.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This vacancy calls for a physically fit individual capable of handling the diverse requirements of office work and travel. Applicants must possess sufficient hearing and speech capabilities for effective communication, along with endurance for extended periods of sitting during drives and flights. The role involves regular air travel, requiring comfort with flying, the physical ability to lift and handle luggage, and the capacity to sit in an airplane for long stretches. The job occasionally demands standing, walking, and the use of arms and hands for reaching or balancing tasks. Visual clarity for near tasks is essential, as is the strength for light to moderate lifting (up to 40 pounds) and the dexterity for some stooping or crouching. A keen visual sense is necessary for safe driving and reading fine print on various mediums.
