The HDI Team Certified Pinnacle of Excellence Award recognizes support centers where 100% of team members hold active HDI certification — a rigorous industry standard for technical support professionals, from entry-level customer service to advanced desktop support and beyond.
We first earned this designation in 2023 and have maintained it every year since. Maintaining it isn't passive — every new service desk employee is required to complete HDI certification training and pass their exam within their first 90 days. It's a standard we hold ourselves to because our clients deserve a team that's been tested, not just trained.
