Before founding TenisiTech, she spent years building new IT environments and migrating existing ones for new company launches and acquisitions, and she led more than 24 IT integration projects during M&A transactions. That work showed her how much a well-planned IT foundation matters, and she started TenisiTech to bring the same expertise to new and growing companies. Today, she leads TenisiTech's strategy, client relationships, and culture, drawing on deep managed services expertise and a track record of building high-performing support teams. She is excited to keep driving IT's evolution forward, using AI and emerging technology to keep clients secure and productive.

Carlo Cacciatore oversees the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns IT with business objectives. His deep technical and managerial experience allows him to refine IT operations and drive data-informed strategies that elevate the customer technology experience. Carlo brings a calm, steady approach to even the most complex IT challenges. He builds well-run IT programs that use data to spot issues early and prevent big problems, and when something unexpected does come up, he works through it methodically. A focused leader, Carlo ensures IT services are delivered with excellence and aligned with both clients' needs and TenisiTech's mission.

Michael Hagstrom has a proven record of driving process improvements and elevating support initiatives, consistently enhancing performance and customer satisfaction. His skill in refining operations and empowering teams has been crucial in boosting service quality and efficiency. Since joining TenisiTech in 2022, Michael has led the company's service operations team, a high-performing group known for being as personable as they are professional. Under his leadership, the team consistently earns customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores above 95%.

Vanessa keeps TenisiTech running smoothly, managing the bulk of the company's general and administrative functions, including administrative operations, client onboarding coordination, and internal processes. Her organizational expertise and client-first mindset ensure every touchpoint, from first contact to ongoing support, reflects the professionalism TenisiTech is known for. Vanessa also plays a central role in shaping the team's culture.
